Mamdani Doubles Down on ICC Arrest Call for Netanyahu on Theo Von's Podcast

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani appeared on comedian Theo Von's podcast, where he reiterated his position that the United States should join the International Criminal Court in arresting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The remarks came after Netanyahu singled out the mayor during a recent speech at the United Nations. During the conversation, Mamdani also addressed the topic of antisemitism and discussed affordability issues facing New York City. The appearance highlights the mayor's willingness to engage with nontraditional media platforms while maintaining his outspoken foreign policy views. The exchange underscores the ongoing debate over U.S. participation in international legal institutions and the political tensions surrounding the Israeli prime minister's international standing.
