UK Deploys Warplanes to Saudi Arabia as Houthi Attacks Escalate

The UK is sending RAF Typhoons to help defend Saudi Arabia from escalating Houthi drone and missile attacks. London says the jets will patrol Saudi airspace but will not carry out offensive strikes in Yemen. Yet Saudi Arabia has spent billions on some of the world's most advanced weapons, so why does it still need foreign help? And could Britain be drawn deeper into the conflict despite describing its mission as purely defensive? The report also looks at the humanitarian situation in Yemen and the prospects for peace.
