Obama Condemns Trump's Investigation of Ilhan Omar as 'Appalling'

Former President Barack Obama has strongly criticized the Justice Department's investigation into Rep. Ilhan Omar, calling it 'appalling' and accusing the government of attempting to intimidate and deport one of President Trump's most vocal critics. CNN's Katelyn Polantz provides updates on the investigation, while Audie Cornish and her guests discuss the political ramifications. The case has raised questions about the use of federal power against political opponents and the boundaries of free speech. This segment delves into the controversy, offering analysis from legal and political experts on what the investigation means for Omar, the Trump administration, and the broader political landscape.
